If you’ve owned your home for about 20 years, the equity you have in it has probably grown immensely since you purchased it. Here are three things you can do to capitalize on that equity:

1. Maybe it’s time to sell your home. It’s a seller’s market here in Austin. Maybe there’s a home that you’ve had your eye on or you’ve wanted to move up? Now is the time to capitalize. Pull that equity out and go purchase that bigger home. Maybe you want to downsize, get a smaller place closer to downtown, and put some money in your pocket to enjoy the spoils of the appreciating Austin market.

2. Do some home improvements. It’s a great time to take that equity out and do some home improvements. Call me and we can talk about what those home improvements might look like. I want to get you a great return on investment
